About Us

Our Mission

The New Hampshire Pain Collaborative strives to be a pain patient-directed organization which seeks to support and empower people living with acute, chronic, and end of life pain through advocacy and education of those living with pain, their families, healthcare providers, legislators, and the community as a whole.

Our Vision

We envision access to comprehensive, quality and individualized pain care for all NH residents

Who We Are

Our History

The New Hampshire Pain Collaborative was founded in 2019 by a small group of NH pain patients alongside a pain management physician.   We authored legislation that became law in 2020 as part of the NH Controlled Drug Act (RSA 318-B:41) - redefining legal standards of care for people living in chronic pain in NH.   We continue to work with legislators and state medical entities in pursuit of our vision to ensure access to comprehensive, quality and individualized pain care for all NH residents.
